Payment
Payment is due 14 days after submission of invoice.
Copyright
Copyright of all material produced by Michael Sellars remains with the copywriter until payment is received, at which point copyright transfers to the client.
Errors and Literals
As a copywriter with close to two decades of experience, Michael Sellars strives to provide complete satisfaction to his customers.
All documents are proofread, edited or created to an exacting standard. However, he cannot guarantee that edited documents are "perfect" and "error free". The customer is responsible for reviewing the edited document upon completion.
Michael Sellars is not liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, including lost revenues or profits, loss of business, or loss of data. This exemption applies to any claim, loss or injury based on errors or omissions, interruptions or any other inaccuracies that may appear in the original materials submitted by Michael Sellars.
Sub-contracting
It may be necessary on occasion for Michael Sellars to sub-contract to another copywriter or copywriters and he reserves the right to do so. In these cases, the copywriter or copywriters engaged will be known to Michael Sellars and not provided by some external agency. Michael Sellars will review all material produced by additional copywriters prior to submitting it to the customer.
